About this role

A Signal Dedicated Officer conducts static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value areas. They ensure all required access points are properly secured while protecting property and residents with high attentiveness to details and safety. All duties align with site-specific post orders.

Daily responsibilities include writing detailed and accurate reports using company technology during each shift. Officers arrive on time, follow dress code, clock in and out, and interact with customers to cultivate service relationships. They promptly communicate concerns to the Advanced Dedicated Officer or Dedicated Branch Supervisor.

In this team-oriented environment, officers work cohesively with clients, team members, and management, relaying feedback and executing follow-ups. They care for assigned equipment like radios, keys, vehicles, and devices. Deescalation of issues occurs through professional communication.

Officers manage activities to meet benchmarks set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor, such as reporting standards and service quality. They participate in Daily Scrum to receive updates on client needs and post order changes. This ensures operational excellence and efficiency.

Exhibiting soft skills like visioning, strategic planning, financial acumen, team development, and project management supports delivering services that reflect company values. Officers create peace of mind for clients through consistent execution of post requirements.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pass background check and drug test
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Complete training modules within first month
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate commitment to service, company values, and professionalism
  • Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and deliver various dedicated services reflecting company values and site-specific post orders
  • Write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology during each shift
  • Arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, and follow dress code and instructions
  • Interact with internal and external customers to cultivate customer service relationships
  • Communicate promptly with Advanced Dedicated Officer or Dedicated Branch Supervisor on concerns
  • Care for assigned Signal equipment including radios, access keys, vehicles, and devices
  • Deescalate issues through professional and prompt communication
  • Manage daily activities to meet reporting standards and service quality benchmarks
