About this role

MTR Corporation seeks Corporate Security Guards for full-time roles in Hong Kong. Perform security and fire safety duties at depots, major office buildings, cross-boundary stations, or other locations. Ensure safety across critical infrastructure sites.

Day-to-day tasks involve patrolling assigned areas and monitoring for potential threats. Conduct fire safety checks and respond promptly to incidents. Provide on-site security during corporation events as required.

Work in a shift-based environment across rail depots, offices, and stations. Collaborate with teams during critical incidents and high-traffic periods. Operate in dynamic settings including cross-boundary facilities.

Requirements

Completion of HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
Possession of valid Security Personnel Permit
Completion of a Security Training Course recognised under Quality Assurance System for Recognition Scheme (QASRS)
Able to communicate and read in English and Chinese
Experience gained in a disciplined force or commercial security operation
Knowledge in first aid and fire fighting

Responsibilities

Perform security and fire safety duties at MTR depots, major office buildings, cross-boundary stations, or other relevant locations
Provide security and related support for corporation events and critical incidents as and when necessary
Patrol premises to maintain security at rail facilities
Conduct fire safety inspections and emergency preparedness checks
Respond to security breaches or incidents at stations and offices
Support access control and monitoring during operational hours
Assist in event security setups and crowd management

Benefits

Average monthly income of $21,070 or above including shift duty related allowance, 13th month pay, laundry allowance and annual discretionary award
Eligible for related allowances when reporting for duty during adverse weather
Joining Bonus of HK$12,000 subject to terms and conditions
