Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site. Enforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirements.

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease. Maintain a positive, helpful attitude as the first and last impression for many guests. Travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of security experience - retail, event, or facility, preferred
Strong observation and situational awareness skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to travel between nearby locations when needed
A positive, helpful attitude — you’re the first and last impression for many guests
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents

Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
Travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage
