As a Valcor Security Officer, protect people, property, and reputation by conducting regular perimeter and interior patrols, including parking areas. Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter unauthorized activity and identify, professionally redirect unauthorized individuals without escalation. Monitor safety hazards, suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and write clear, accurate incident reports.

Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when required, provide basic first aid, and interact respectfully with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns. Work in diverse environments from nightlife to corporate sites, requiring nights and weekends. Physical fitness supports extended patrols in dynamic settings.
