About this role

The Executive Protection Specialist I performs all tasks and responsibilities of the Executive Specialist I while providing direction and supervision to assigned specialists on executive floors or areas. This role requires detailed analysis of situations and development of security action plans that ensure a secure environment without impeding corporate management. It manages more complex projects, studies, and financial aspects of the program.

Day-to-day duties include managing access control to executive spaces, incident management and response, and comprehensive screening of incoming mail and parcels. Develop action plans for transportation services and coordinate closely with local law enforcement and security agencies. Occasional travel supports events involving the Management Team.

Work across functional teams to protect senior management, key stakeholders, and external clientele. Coordinate with top executives, family members, and strategic partners to advance the security environment. Maintain an in-office culture with role-specific flexibility for attendance.

Requirements

  • Trained and able to perform all tasks and responsibilities of the Executive Specialist I
  • Complete 2–3 days of Protective/Evasive Driving Training
  • Complete basic first aid and AED medical training
  • Available to work 1st shift (6am-2pm) Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
  • Available to work 2nd shift (1pm-9pm) Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
  • Capable of occasional travel to support Management Team events
  • Ability to inspect vehicles for cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness

  • Provide direction and supervision to Executive Protection Specialists assigned to executive floors or areas
  • Conduct detailed analysis of situations and develop security action plans
  • Manage financial aspects of the executive protection program
  • Manage access control to executive spaces ensuring a secure environment
  • Handle incident management and response for senior management and events
  • Perform comprehensive screening of all incoming mail and parcels
  • Develop action plans for transportation services and coordinate with local law enforcement
  • Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders while monitoring risks and routes
