The Senior Executive Protection Specialist delivers discreet, proactive physical security for executive leadership and families. This includes close protection, advance planning, threat assessment, secure transportation, and residential operations.

Daily duties involve providing close protection at residences, offices, public venues, events, and during domestic or international travel. Conduct executive transportation like airport pickups, while maintaining safety, privacy, and lifestyle continuity. Perform advance planning, route selection, site surveys, and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks.

Support residential security by monitoring CCTV, access control, alarms, and perimeter systems, including patrols and briefings. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, coordinating with operations centers, intelligence teams, law enforcement, and partners. Execute emergency response, evacuation, and contingency procedures as needed.

As team lead, supervise security personnel, ensure SOP adherence, and handle scheduling and performance accountability. Build trusted relationships with executives and family while upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and low-profile presence. Integrate seamlessly into executive and residential environments with strong judgment under pressure.

  • Leadership capability to supervise teams and enforce operational standards

Responsibilities

  • Provide close protection to executives and family members at residences, offices, public venues, events, and during domestic and international travel
  • Conduct executive transportation operations including airport/FBO pickups and drop-offs
  • Conduct advance planning, route selection, site surveys, and vulnerability assessments
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate physical security risks using protective intelligence and situational awareness
  • Support and execute residential security programs including monitoring CCTV, access control, alarms, and perimeter controls
  • Conduct patrols, perimeter checks, and daily security briefings; detect and report suspicious activity
  • Respond to security incidents, medical emergencies, and coordinate with partners and law enforcement
  • Serve as team lead, supervise personnel, ensure SOP adherence, and support scheduling
