AHS Properties, a prestigious real estate company, seeks a dedicated and highly skilled VIP Close Protection Officer/Travelling Butler for its exclusive team. In this dual-role position, provide both personal protection and exemplary service to high-profile clients. Ensure their safety and comfort during travels and events with a unique blend of security expertise, exceptional service standards, discretion, and professionalism.

Assess security risks and implement effective safety measures tailored to client needs. Coordinate and plan travel itineraries, arranging transportation and accommodations for seamless experiences. Deliver exceptional butler service including meal preparation, formal table setting, food and beverage service, household management, and personal assistance.

Manage travel logistics such as packing, unpacking, wardrobe maintenance, laundry, and garment care. Act as primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and special requests with efficiency. Liaise with hotels, private staff, and service providers to meet client preferences while handling administrative tasks like scheduling and reservations.

Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions. Work collaboratively with other staff to provide a cohesive and secure environment. Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive service in a client-centric approach.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Close Protection Officer, Security Personnel, or in a similar role
Valid training and certification in close protection and personal security
Previous experience as a Butler or in high-end service environments
Exceptional service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
Strong observational and analytical skills to assess and mitigate security risks
Ability to work flexible hours and travel frequently, including internationally
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information; valid driver's license and clean driving record
