About this role

The primary responsibility of the Agent - Executive Protection is to serve as part of a team that provides physical protection to ensure the safety and security of designated corporate executives associated with a hospitality-oriented Las Vegas-based company. The Executive Protection Team operates in high-profile domestic and overseas environments. This is a safety-related position performed in accordance with departmental policies.

Follow and execute comprehensive security protocols and emergency response plans while providing residential and close protection services for executives and families. Monitor surveillance systems, conduct risk and threat assessments, and perform security advances to prepare locations. Coordinate with local law enforcement and maintain protective surveillance with situational awareness.

Act quickly in emergency situations employing defensive techniques, report incidents, and adjust security measures for changing threats. Ensure executive privacy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Foster trust through integrity, dedication, and professionalism in dynamic environments.

Perform duties safely, attend work consistently, and be prepared for extensive domestic and overseas travel up to 35% of the time. Operate advanced technological measures and meet aggressive time constraints internationally. Uphold company standards and rules of conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proof of authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid Nevada Driver's License and ability to obtain required certifications
  • U.S. passport and ability to travel 35% domestically and overseas
  • Nevada concealed weapon permit
  • 3-5 years of military, law enforcement, or private sector executive protection experience with certified training
  • Advanced technical and tactical shooting skills, martial arts abilities, and physical fitness test
