Building Security Guard

Brink's, a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, is seeking a Building Security Guard to maintain the safety, security, and control of our New York City facility. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the protection of assets and personnel at all times.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include controlling access to the building by verifying identification and entrance authorization, monitoring the CCTV system for anything suspicious near the building, and scanning personnel with metal detectors. You will also maintain radio communication with truck crews throughout the day and complete daily reports to document all security activities.

You will work in a security-focused environment where alertness and attention to detail are paramount. You will collaborate closely with management and emergency services, alerting them to any suspicious activity and notifying emergency services when necessary.
