LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Senior Associate, Venue Security plays a crucial role supporting the Venue Security vertical of the Safety & Security functional area. This position provides high-level administrative support to ensure smooth operations for the Games.

The role involves facilitating communications, coordinating schedules, and managing daily operations of the Venue Security team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. They must be a fast learner, critical thinker, and positive-minded problem-solver facing new challenges.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Venue Security team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Manage schedules and organize internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events, ensuring seamless logistics
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in all communications
Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries on behalf of executives as needed
Prepare documentation and reporting for the Venue Security team
Facilitate communications within the Venue Security vertical
Coordinate daily operations of the Venue Security team for LA28 Games
