About this role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; industry-recognized credentials (e.g., CISSP, CPP, or CISM) are highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in data center or physical security, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing high-performing security teams
• Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, physical security systems, and environmental controls, paired with a solid understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure in mission-critical environments (Cloud/Hybrid) while ensuring compliance with regulations like ISO 27001
• Advanced analytical skills for vulnerability mitigation and the ability to remain on-call for emergency response and on-site incident management

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce comprehensive physical and logical security policies, ensuring robust access control, surveillance, and multi-layered environmental monitoring
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of critical security infrastructure, including biometric scanners, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire suppression systems
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and lead high-level incident response efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Maintain strict adherence to industry standards such as ISO 27001 and manage all documentation and reporting to support security audits
• Supervise and train security personnel while collaborating with IT and operations teams to integrate physical security with cybersecurity and disaster recovery protocols
