About this role

The Security Manager develops and enforces comprehensive security policies while overseeing optimization of critical infrastructure like biometric systems, surveillance, and fire suppression. Supervise and train security personnel, collaborating with IT and operations teams to align physical security with cybersecurity and disaster recovery. Maintain documentation for internal and external audits, adhering to standards like ISO 27001.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; industry-recognized credentials (e.g., CISSP, CPP, or CISM) are highly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in data center or physical security, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role managing high-performing security teams
  • Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, physical security systems, and environmental controls, paired with a solid understanding of network protocols and cybersecurity
  • Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure in mission-critical environments (Cloud/Hybrid) while ensuring compliance with regulations like ISO 27001
  • Advanced analytical skills for vulnerability mitigation and the ability to remain on-call for emergency response and on-site incident management
