As Security Control Room Officer at e-shelter security in Hamburg, you manage central security operations. You handle incoming danger, emergency, and alarm reports with precision. Your role ensures swift coordination from the control room to maintain safety.

You control access authorizations by creating and issuing visitor badges while maintaining records. Incoming mail, parcels, and emails are received, processed, sorted, and distributed. This demands technical proficiency in systems like danger management, BMA, EMA, and access controls.

Requirements

  • Possess at least the Sachkundeprüfung
  • Technical understanding and operation of danger management systems, BMA, EMA, access control systems, and various ticket systems
  • Team ability, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
  • High learning and performance readiness

Responsibilities

  • Receive, record, forward, and track danger, emergency, and alarm reports
  • Process alarms according to defined action plans
  • Handle quick processing of disruption and damage reports
  • Initiate situation-appropriate measures and coordinate operations from the control center
  • Provide friendly greeting, handling, filtering, and forwarding of concerns from customers, employees, visitors, and suppliers
  • Control access authorizations including creation and issuance of visitor badges and maintaining forms
  • Receive, process, sort, and distribute incoming mail, parcels, and emails
