Security Control Room Officer

Reporting to the Supervisor, Security Control Room, this officer monitors all non-gaming related operational functions of the Security Department and other areas. The role ensures a safe, secure, and comfortable environment within company operations is maintained. Key focus includes CCTV surveillance and resource coordination.

Daily tasks involve observing persons on premises using CCTV camera systems and responding to suspicious or unlawful behavior. Officers allocate resources by addressing telephone and radio requests promptly while monitoring task progression. They acknowledge, respond to, and record all alarms within appropriate time frames.

In emergencies, officers monitor and coordinate communications while maintaining radios and security equipment. They provide assistance to security operations and perform administrative tasks like compiling reports and analyzing metrics. Adherence to health, safety, equal opportunity, and diversity policies is essential.

The role demands proactive leadership in minimizing workplace hazards and ensuring transparency in incident reviews. Officers report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to superiors. Additional duties support the dynamic resort environment, fostering cultural awareness and teamwork.
