You will advise internal stakeholders on security matters and conduct risk and threat assessments. Cooperation with authorities and service providers ensures compliance across German sites. Audits and mitigation measures keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Subject-specific university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in security management or a comparable field, ideally with additional security-related qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in Corporate Security with strong expertise in physical security, risk and crisis management, and security-related investigations
  • Experience conducting risk and threat assessments and security audits including documentation, implementation, and follow-up of mitigation measures
  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities, security organizations, and service providers in an English-speaking environment
  • Analytical and structured working style with ability to clearly document, prepare, and communicate security-relevant matters in German and English

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of the Corporate Security strategy across German sites and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and legal requirements
  • Advise internal stakeholders on all security-related matters and conduct risk and threat assessments in cooperation with relevant authorities
  • Manage and oversee security service providers, conduct audits and assessments, and implement mitigation measures
  • Further develop risk and threat assessments and security audits including documentation and follow-up
