MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer orientated Site Security Manager to join the team at a government facility in Manila, Philippines. This role serves as the primary authority for the facility's security posture. It manages the roadmap toward full TS/SCI accreditation and ICD 705 certification.

Develop and enforce the Construction Security Plan to protect the 2-story site throughout the build lifecycle. Oversee deployment of ACMS, IDS, and VMS systems meeting TS/SCI monitoring requirements. Act as final reviewer for TEMPEST mitigation strategies including RF shielding and power line filtering.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience or a similar role in commercial or government construction
Proven, hands-on experience managing and successfully completing projects for cleared government or defense facilities
Demonstrable experience in SCIF construction and renovation, with a deep understanding of security accreditation processes
Experience with the installation and oversight of network technology
TS/SCI security clearance required
Knowledge of ACMS, IDS, VMS, and TEMPEST requirements
Familiarity with Construction Security Plan (CSP) development and enforcement

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce the Construction Security Plan (CSP) to protect the 2-story site during the entire lifecycle of the build
Oversee the deployment of the ACMS, IDS, and VMS systems to ensure they meet specific monitoring requirements for a TS/SCI facility
Act as the final reviewer for all TEMPEST mitigation strategies, including RF shielding and power line filtering
Manage the facility's overall security posture toward full TS/SCI accreditation
Lead ICD 705 certification processes for the site
Coordinate security compliance during SCIF construction and renovation
Ensure integration of security systems with construction timelines
