This position supervises and coordinates daily security team operations to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property. Responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures.

You will lead a proactive team focused on delivering the highest level of safety and security for guests, heartists, vendors, and suppliers. Every gesture and action contributes to creating a positive impact for customers, colleagues, and the planet.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Honest with a high level of integrity
Ability to remain calm and react fast to situations
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
Self-motivated and energetic, well-presented and professionally groomed at all times

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the security team
Ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets
Monitor staff performance, conduct inspections, and manage incidents
Maintain security standards and procedures
Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate security risks
Lead and train security team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures
Oversee access control and monitor CCTV systems
