About this role

The Boeing Company seeks an experienced Site Security Manager to join our team in Aurora, CO. We are looking for a seasoned Physical Security expert with a strong background in supporting construction projects for classified programs.

In this role, you will develop ICD-705 compliant documents, including Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans, and TEMPEST Checklists. You will be responsible for SCIF and SAPF design, construction, and accreditation, including creating plans for Protected Distribution Systems and performing technical inspections.

You will conduct routine secure area construction project inspections to ensure quality assurance and compliance, as well as Sound Transmission Class testing to guarantee rated perimeters meet customer requirements. You will also monitor construction workers to prevent the introduction of hostile surveillance devices into finished construction.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes classified programs in a collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess the ability to obtain SCI access and undergo a polygraph exam, with potential for growth in security leadership.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) and enrolled in Continuous Vetting within the last 5 years
  • Must have adjudicated Counterintelligence polygraph
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and accrediting SCIFs and SAPFs
  • 5+ years of experience with ICD 705 and TEMPEST standards for building secure spaces and 32 CFR Part 117 for DoD collateral spaces
  • 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • 5+ years of experience writing Construction Security Plans, conducting site security assessments, and creating Fixed Facility Checklists

Responsibilities

  • Develop ICD-705 compliant documents, including Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans, and TEMPEST Checklists
  • Conduct technical inspections and STC testing on secure area construction projects
  • Monitor construction workers to preclude introduction of hostile surveillance devices into finished construction
  • Screen all equipment and materials for use in controlled construction areas using X-ray machines and other examination methods
  • Read and analyze designs and blueprints to recognize intended use and identify ulterior purposes
  • Write detailed reports in English and complete analyses of issues, findings, and security situations
  • Maintain daily logs during tour of duty and perform other duties of similar scope
