R+L Carriers is seeking a Regional Security Manager to lead all aspects of security for our West Region locations based in Fontana, California. This role is responsible for company investigations, traveling to select locations, and completing security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

In this position, you will foster and maintain strong partnerships with key business leaders while working closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. You will conduct active violence response training and assess all potential security and safety-related issues.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in investigations or security related field
Possess a comprehensive understanding of CCTV and remote viewing systems
Must be able to effectively react to high stress situations
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-start, prioritize, and multi-task
Familiarity with Windows, multiple browsers, Windows navigation, and Instant Messenger tools
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of security for R+L Carriers locations in the West Region
Conduct company investigations and travel to select locations
Complete security assessments at R+L Carriers locations and follow up on all action plans
Foster and maintain good partnerships with key business leaders
Assess all potential security and safety-related issues and address accordingly
Conduct active violence response training
Work closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
Adhere to all company security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
