About this role

Working as part of our security team, you will play an integral role in creating peace of mind for BOKF, NA staff by protecting company assets, minimizing risk, and ensuring overall safety and security. This is not a typical static post position but a highly interactive role in an environment that values the security team.

You will receive training to provide a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. The role includes actively patrolling to respond to potential threats against the company and acting as a first-responder in emergency situations, either as part of a team or independently.

The team acts with honor and truthfulness, building coworker trust through integrity. Managers focus on growth and development while promoting career mobility within the department and the Bank in a positive environment that encourages best practice sharing.

You will partner with coworkers on inbound calls, review surveillance footage, identify immediate dangers, and communicate with local law enforcement when required. Documentation of incidents, observations, and witness interviews is completed through an electronic reporting application.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in a security function
  • Completion of Security Training/Certification (Guard Card)

Responsibilities

  • Assist employees when people attempt fraud within banking centers.
  • Maintain documentation and provide consistent reports of incidents, observations, and witness interviews using an electronic incident reporting application.
