About this role

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
• Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred
• Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules
• Ability to communicate effectively at all times with all levels of employees and guests
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be dependable and maintain a positive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist patrons as needed and provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
• Patrol company property, protect assets and ensure safety of all guests and personnel.
• Document and effectively write reports on all incidents.
• Respond to and handle emergencies using the proper method while simultaneously using the correct safety procedures.
• Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees.
• Ensure adherence of Nevada and federal laws.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management.
