Bally's seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. This role involves directing Security Officers and maintaining high standards of alertness and proper performance.

Daily duties include determining officer assignments, inspecting incident reports for accuracy, and responding to emergency situations. The supervisor also handles guest complaints, coordinates with hotel management on lockouts, and reports incidents to the Manager of Security.

The Security Supervisor leads a team of officers, providing training and performance evaluations. Collaboration with other departments and outside agencies is essential to address all matters of concern and resolve problems effectively.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in a security environment.
  • Ability to observe and evaluate staff performance and correct deficiencies.
  • Experience inspecting and evaluating incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong customer service orientation for handling guest complaints.
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations and take control at the scene.
  • Capability to coordinate with multiple departments and outside agencies.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board license.

Responsibilities

  • Observe and evaluate Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance to correct deficiencies.
  • Inspect and evaluate incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain current individual training records of Officers.
  • Install and remove lockouts as requested by Hotel/Front Desk Management.
  • Respond to emergency situations and take control at the scene.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns to assure highest quality guest experience.
  • Supervise the Security department including hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, and disciplining staff.
