You'll oversee daily operations as the main point of contact for all site security matters, resolving issues efficiently. Ensure activities meet contractual and service-level expectations while maintaining assignment instructions, risk assessments, and documentation. Analyse security data and incident trends to drive improvements.

Lead, motivate, and develop your on-site team to deliver outstanding security service reflecting core values of Integrity, Helpfulness, and Vigilance. Recruit, train, retain high-performing officers, conduct coaching, appraisals, and manage rotas for full coverage. Foster a positive workplace by recognising achievements.

Place safety, health, and environmental responsibility at the forefront with regular site inspections and compliance to Securitas SHE standards. Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing security teams
  • Knowledge of recruiting, training, and retaining security officers
  • Proficiency in conducting performance reviews and coaching
  • Familiarity with security operations and incident reporting procedures
  • Understanding of risk assessments and operational documentation
  • Awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards in security
  • Ability to analyse security data and incident trends
  • Client engagement experience in security contexts
