Overnight Retail Security Officer

CONSTANT Security is seeking experienced Overnight Security Officers to join the team in Mackay, QLD. This role provides overnight security at a retail store during essential building works. Candidates must be available to commence from 6 May 2026.

Officers will monitor site access and maintain a secure environment during overnight works. Shifts commence at the loading dock, ensuring it remains locked when not in use. Personnel then transition to the shop floor to oversee contractors and shopfitters.

Officers remain on-site until all contractors have completed works each night. The position demands reliability and alertness in overnight security operations. It occurs in a retail setting amid construction activity.
