About this role

This job is responsible for security of executive spaces to ensure a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client related events. Key responsibilities include analyzing the situation on the ground and developing security action plans to mitigate potential threats.

Day-to-day duties include managing access control to executive floors and screening all incoming mail and parcels. Incident management and response are core, along with providing safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders while maintaining a low profile.

The role requires close coordination with local law enforcement and other security agencies. Teammates work across functional teams to maintain a secure environment and build strong relationships with senior management.

Candidates must complete protective/evasive driving training, first aid, and AED medical training. Occasional travel supports events involving the management team, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact through a supportive culture.

Requirements

Experience in executive protection or security operations.
Ability to complete Protective/Evasive Driving Training (2–3 days).
Ability to complete basic first aid and AED medical training.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong situational awareness and ability to maintain a low profile during all operations.
Capability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel to support management events.

Responsibilities

Work across functional teams to ensure the safety and security of senior management, key stakeholders, and external business clientele.
Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders, maintaining a smooth, secure, and discreet travel experience.
Monitor traffic patterns, potential risks, and alternative routes to minimize delays and reduce exposure to security threats.
Regularly inspect assigned vehicles to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness; report and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure the safety and security of executive floors and other assigned locations, including off‑site events.
Maintain continuous situational awareness and implement proactive security measures as needed.
Control access to Executive Floors according to established protocols; ensure secure handling and distribution of all incoming mail, packages, and business‑related items.
Coordinate closely with local law enforcement and other security agencies to support ongoing protective operations.
