About this role
CONSTANT Security is currently seeking experienced Overnight Security Officers to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This role involves providing overnight security at a retail store while essential building works are being carried out. You will need to be available to commence from 6 May 2026.
Monitor site access and maintain a secure environment during overnight works. Commence shift at the loading dock, ensuring it remains locked when not in use. Transition to the shop floor to oversee contractors and shopfitters.
Remain on-site until all contractors have completed works. Work in a dynamic environment supporting essential building projects at a retail location. Collaborate with shopfitters to ensure site safety overnight.

Requirements
- Current NSW Security Licence (essential)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Availability to commence from 6 May 2026
- Previous experience in retail or construction site security (preferred)
- Reliable and alert demeanor
- Experience in overnight security operations
Responsibilities
- Monitor site access and maintain a secure environment during overnight works
- Commence shift at the loading dock, ensuring it remains locked when not in use
- Transition to the shop floor to oversee contractors and shopfitters
- Remain on-site until all contractors have completed works
- Provide security presence for retail store during essential building works
- Lock and secure access points including loading dock
- Supervise contractor activities on shop floor overnight
Benefits
- Monday – Friday: $34.89 per hour
- Night Rate: $40.94 per hour
- Saturday: $48.84 per hour
- Sunday: $62.80 per hour
- Public Holidays: $76.75 per hour
