You will oversee facility management, leasing, and compliance, while also managing personnel clearances, secure facilities, and physical security programs. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of government security requirements.

Requirements

Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with willingness to obtain SCI clearance (company-sponsored)
Experience in aerospace and/or defense industries
Strong understanding of facility management principles
Knowledge of government security regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all facility-related operations across company locations
Manage leasing agreements and ensure timely payment of utilities, bills, and property taxes
Chair the safety committee to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
Maintain and manage personnel security clearances, including initiating and processing clearance applications
Oversee the establishment and operation of Secure Classified Facilities (SCF)
Design and implement physical security measures across all facilities
Develop and maintain protocols for access control, surveillance, and emergency response
Conduct regular security assessments and implement improvements
