About this role
The Corporate Facility Security Officer (CFSO) leads Accenture Federal Services' Program Security and Compliance Branch within the Security and Intelligence Directorate. This senior Key Management Position reports directly to the Chief Security Officer and oversees compliance with Industrial Security regulations and Intelligence Community Directives.
The CFSO manages 20 FSO, CSSO and FOCI team members, ensuring successful DCSA, client and internal program audits. They maintain compliance records, documentation and incident reporting while integrating with Physical and Technical Security, Personnel Security and Insider Threat programs.
This role is integral to the Security and Intelligence Directorate leadership team, collaborating across Contracts, Proposal, Real Estate, Legal and Delivery teams. Requirements
- Significant experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in support of Industrial Security compliance, safeguarding classified information, and protection of proprietary assets.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, with prior management and business acumen experience.
- Knowledge of Industrial Security regulations (NSIPOM/32 CFR) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
- Experience successfully executing DCSA, client and internal program audits or inspections.
- Experience with FOCI mitigation programs and compliance requirements.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of approximately 20 FSO, CSSO and FOCI team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Contracts, Proposal, Real Estate, Legal and Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as cognizant Program Security and Compliance Branch manager, responsible for Industrial Security compliance and oversight on all FOCI-related matters.
- Implement a compliance strategy that enables effective engagement and communication between AFS and its parent and subsidiary entities.
- Maintain integrated, collaborative relationships with AFS Contracts, Proposal, Real Estate, Legal and Delivery teams for advance awareness and support of Cage Code and Facility Clearance Level requirements.
- Ensure all Cage Code and FCL records are properly documented and maintained with DCSA for an audit-ready program at all times.
- Oversee FOCI governance, monitoring, mitigation, updates, reporting and guidance to AFS Programs, leadership, subsidiaries and Board of Managers.
- Maintain, update and apply relevant AFS policies and S&ID Standard Practices and Procedures; provide oversight, training and engagement for ~20 FSO, CSSO and FOCI team members.
- Lead the Program Security and Compliance Branch as a best-in-class service through reinvention, automation, integration and efficiency initiatives.
