About this role

This role involves managing security manpower on the ground, ensuring compliance with security operative procedures. The supervisor acts as the key link between the security department and outsourced security provider companies, communicating instructions and directing personnel.

The supervisor conducts on-job training for security manpower, teaching them how to apply standard operating procedures on the ground. Daily tasks include monitoring performance and appearance, submitting a shift report concerning attendance, lights, fence, and other security solutions.

The role requires constant communication with Line 1 Security Management and coordination with outsourced manpower. The supervisor follows up on site updates and organizes deployment as per work activities, also intervening to assist employees during emergencies.

The position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in security management within a large organization. The supervisor may take on additional duties as requested by Line 1 Security Management or the company's Security Director, broadening experience in security operations.

Requirements

  • Any Graduation Certificate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in security operations.
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced security manpower.
  • Ability to conduct on-job training and enforce standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarity with daily shift reporting and security documentation standards.
  • Capability to handle incident investigations and emergency interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Line 1 Security Management.
  • Manage security manpower on ground, control them, and inspect them.
  • Act as the focal person between Line 1 Security Department and security provider companies.
  • Communicate any security instruction to security manpower on ground.
  • Conduct on-job training for security manpower and teach them how to apply SOP on ground.
  • Monitor security manpower performance and appearance and report any issue to Security Management.
  • Submit daily shift report concerning attendance, lights, fence, etc.
  • Report any security breach or incidents on ground and conduct investigation reports as needed.
