Crisis24 is a global, AI-enhanced provider of travel risk management, critical event management, crisis-security consulting, and personal protection solutions. The Executive Protection Operations Manager supports the Sr. Manager in day-to-day coordination, administration, and expansion of the Executive Protection Program. This role acts as a central operational partner for vendor management, administrative oversight, and logistics across the organization.

Serve as primary liaison for contracted executive protection personnel, handling timesheets, payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking. Coordinate operations during principal travel, events, and movements, including staffing, transportation, and collaboration with Executive Assistants, Protective Intelligence, and GSOC. Ensure continuity by managing personnel, travel logistics, and protective resources for executive leadership.

Work closely with internal stakeholders like Protective Intelligence and GSOC in a hybrid Bay Area environment with global travel. Backfill roles such as Close Protection Agent or Advance Agent during shortages or major events. Support vendor performance, operational quality assurance, and process improvements across the program.

Develop SOPs and documentation for consistency and scalability in executive protection operations. Lead initiatives for workflow improvements, training, and program maturity. Requirements

  • Strong operational judgment to coordinate complex executive protection activities across stakeholders and environments
  • Physically fit and able to perform physical demands of close protection and operational roles
  • Experience managing vendors in executive protection, including payroll, invoicing, and personnel administration
  • Proven ability to handle travel logistics, event coordination, and protective resource allocation
  • Knowledge of executive protection SOPs, procedures, and program documentation
  • Familiarity with collaboration across security teams like Protective Intelligence and GSOC
  • Skills in operational planning, forecasting, and surge staffing for high-level principals
  • Background in backfilling agent roles during executive protection operations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary operational liaison and vendor manager for contracted executive protection personnel, overseeing timesheets, payroll coordination, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Coordinate executive protection operations during principal travel, events, and complex movements, including vendor staffing, transportation, and internal stakeholder coordination
  • Support planning and execution of executive protection coverage across leadership to expand and sustain capabilities
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, SOPs, and program documentation for consistency and scalability
  • Assist with operational planning, coverage forecasting, and surge staffing for travel, events, and emerging needs
  • Backfill operational roles including Close Protection Agent, Executive Protection Agent, Lead, or Advance Agent during shortages or major events
  • Support vendor performance management, quality assurance, gap identification, and issue escalation
  • Lead operational initiatives such as workflow improvements, program tooling, training coordination, and after-action reviews
