Responsibilities

  • Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Act as a first responder to security threats including active shooter scenarios within the client office suite
  • Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure including locks, cameras, and access control systems
  • Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with leadership
  • Assist protective agents in field operations including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage
  • Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority
  • Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems
  • Execute emergency protocols prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests
