Your day-to-day involves monitoring property using advanced command center technology and screening all visitors and vendors to control site access. You will coordinate and execute security plans, respond to medical emergencies, and provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and during travel.

You will also provide secure transportation as needed and survey locations ahead of client arrivals to ensure readiness. Detailed documentation of suspicious activity and maintaining constant readiness to meet any threat are core to the role.

Requirements

  • Must complete the 12-Day Introductory Essential Protector Skills (EPS) Training Academy in San Antonio, TX
  • Must be able to pass a physical readiness test including pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and an 800m run
  • Must be able to swim
  • Must be drug and nicotine free
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing

Responsibilities

  • Monitor property while utilizing the tools and technology of a GDBA Command Center
  • Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected site
  • Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
  • Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel
  • Provide secure transportation as needed
  • Survey and prepare (advance) locations prior to arrival of client
  • Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity
  • Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat
