Responsible for end-to-end security governance of manufacturing facility and offices across India. The role ensures protection of people, assets and operations with full compliance to statutory and SEZ regulations. Strong ex-service leadership and multi-site management experience are required.

Lead security operations for large manufacturing plants and multiple PAN-India sites. Define and standardize security policies, SOPs and governance frameworks. Secure production areas, warehouses, utilities, high-value assets and IT/OT zones while managing perimeter security, access control, CCTV and surveillance systems.

Oversee outsourced security manpower including deployment, training and discipline. Manage security vendors, SLAs, billing verification and audits. Drive emergency preparedness, fire drills and crisis response exercises with regular MIS reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Ex-Service (Army / Navy / Air Force / CRPF)
  • 15–18+ years with strong manufacturing / industrial / office exposure
  • Proven leadership across large campuses and multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of SEZ regulations and industrial security standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and crisis-handling skills
