As a Supervisor Site Security Officer, you’ll be part of our Industrial team working as an on-site employee. Assist site security management with responding to crisis situations, administering First Aid/CPR/AED if needed, controlling site access, and directing visitors. Patrol and secure areas inside and outside the facility, monitor CCTV and other security systems, and document security incidents. Support C-TPAT related activities and tasks as directed by site management.

Supervise 3rd party vendor security services and scheduling, as needed, along with 2nd shift proprietary SBD security officers if applicable. Assist security leadership with implementing physical security improvements. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned in this dynamic environment.

Requirements

High School Degree or higher
2 years or more related security/law enforcement experience
C-TPAT and/or Regulatory Compliance experience is a plus
Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical fitness essential; proficiency in martial art and/or other defensive skills desirable
CPR/AED/First Aid Training
Strong leadership skills including effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivating others
Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen; must pass state-required training or licensing

Responsibilities
