Responsible for managing end-to-end security operations of ITES/manufacturing facilities, ensuring safety of people, assets, processes, and compliance.

Oversee daily security operations including access control, surveillance, and patrolling across facilities. Manage security manpower, shift deployment, training, and coordination of investigations from incident logs. Implement security SOPs, emergency response plans, and compliance protocols to protect high-value assets and critical zones.

Liaise with local authorities, clients, and internal teams on security matters. Conduct risk assessments, fire/safety drills, internal audits, and verify vendor billing. Maintain documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports for manufacturing and ITES environments.

Requirements

  • Ex-Serviceman
  • Experience in manufacturing plants required
  • Knowledge of security operations in ITES facilities
  • Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
  • Ability to manage security teams and shift deployments
  • Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety drills
  • Understanding of compliance protocols and emergency response
