The Executive Protection Principal supports strategy and oversees safety for executives, VIPs, and high-profile individuals with proactive risk management.

You contribute to protective service operations for senior executives, families, and visiting VIPs. This includes personal protection, corporate and residential environments, event security, ground and air transportation, cyber threats, and special projects. Maintain standards of quality and effectiveness in protective services.

Support emergency response teams with planning, testing, training, and reporting. Represent Corporate Services in crisis management, scenarios, testing, and education. Operate per principles of protective security management including monitoring, event security, and travel monitoring.

Partner with the Corporate Security and Executive Protection Programs Manager on executive protection. Under the Corporate Services Senior Director, implement security procedures at residences and meeting locations. Provide recommendations to enhance security measures in executive environments.

Requirements

Experience in protective service operations for executives, families, and VIPs
Proactive approach to risk management
Exceptional situational awareness
Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to potential threats
Knowledge of protective security management including security monitoring, event security, executive protection, travel monitoring, personnel security, and physical security
Defensive driving capabilities
Skills in conducting advance special event surveys
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Responsibilities

Support the strategy and oversee the safety and security of executives, VIPs, and high-profile individuals
Contribute to protective programs including personal protection, corporate and residential environments, event security, ground and air transportation, cyber threats, and special projects
Support direction and execution of emergency response teams, planning, testing, training, and reporting
Represent Corporate Services in crisis management, scenarios, testing, and education
Conduct advance site surveys and secure locations prior to client arrival
Provide defensive driving support for executives as directed
Monitor and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities
Coordinate contingency planning and emergency medical response for security incidents
