As an Unarmed Security Officer you are responsible for the security and safety of client property and personnel. You know all site-specific policies and procedures while remaining attentive and alert throughout every shift.
You record and report incidents and participate in the client's emergency response procedures as appropriate. Superior customer service is delivered to clients, visitors, and personnel in all categories.
Full-time positions include medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, 401K, and employee assistance programs. The company proudly supports military, law enforcement, and corrections veterans.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid guard card/license as required by the state
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen
- Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology
- Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and effectively
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds and climb stairs, ramps, or ladders
