As an Executive Protection Officer Senior, you will provide unparalleled executive protection services to senior executives and their families, ensuring their safety during all domestic and international assignments.
Day-to-day, you will execute advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments, coordinate transportation and security for offsite and onsite events, and maintain detailed personal profiles and risk assessments. You will also complete suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, and pattern of life reports to document all security-related activities.
This position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance workplace violence prevention policies and training, as well as maintaining a wide network of internal and external agency support. The role is based in San Antonio, TX, with a flexible work environment requiring in-office presence four days per week.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 6 or more years of experience with a government agency, with active or honorably retired law enforcement status.
- Successfully completed a U.S. government sponsored or certified professional protective services/executive protection training program.
- Proficient training and experience in defensive driving tactics, including advanced situational awareness, evasive maneuvers, emergency braking, and controlling the vehicle in various conditions.
- Active or honorably retired law enforcement status with eligibility to carry a firearm under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA).
- Demonstrated experience conducting advance work, threat assessments, and residential security operations.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
Responsibilities
- Provides close protection and security-related functions for senior executives and their families during domestic and international assignments.
- Executes advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments, including offsite and onsite planning, coordination and inspection of all modes of transportation and operating conditions.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of personal profiles, including residence location, activities, and requested safety precautions.
- Conducts risk assessments of all personnel covered by protective services.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders on enhancing workplace violence prevention policy, process, and procedural matters.
- Completes suspicious activity reports, incident reports, shift logs, pattern of life reports, medical treatment reports, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
