Security Guard - Part-Time

Jefferson Center in Sarasota is seeking a part-time security guard to work the midnight to 8am shift. This role guards community property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry. The position also assists staff in meeting the needs of residents as needed.

The security officer promotes and communicates Legendary Service while honoring the mission of the organization. They act and respond in a professional manner, carrying out delegated duties under the supervision of the maintenance director or administrator. Regular patrols and monitoring ensure the safety and security of the community.

This role works closely with staff and residents in a supportive community environment. The security officer performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall well-being of the residents.
