About this role

As our new Security Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Security Manager and wider team to keep our park safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. You'll help maintain a secure environment for all guests while delivering excellent customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors while upholding park licensing conditions. You'll monitor situations, deal with potential problems, and respond to incidents with appropriate support.

Working within a one-of-a-kind team culture at one of our stunning UK locations, you'll operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment alongside a team that supports you every step of the way. You'll maintain detailed security logs and accident reports with accuracy and precision.

Requirements

Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision)
Full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car)
Excellent customer service skills
Confident to communicate and influence others to enable effective conflict resolution
Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Ability to maintain detailed and accurate written reports

Responsibilities

Maintain a proactive security presence to create a safe environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors
Uphold park licensing conditions and enforce park rules
Monitor situations and deal with any potential problems
Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support
Maintain security logs, accident, and incident reports with high detail and accuracy
Conduct regular patrols of the park to deter and detect security issues
Assist guests with queries while delivering excellent customer service
