Security Guard - Overnight

Mint Cannabis is leading the charge in the cannabis industry, and we're looking for a Security Guard ready to keep our facilities, employees, and patients protected with vigilance, professionalism, and a calm presence. This overnight role is key in keeping Mint secure and compliant while maintaining the good vibes only atmosphere we're known for.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity, monitoring entrances and exits, and enforcing all security protocols and state cannabis compliance requirements. You'll also respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, provide first aid when necessary, and maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities.

You'll be the first and last impression for many guests, so delivering excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease is essential. You'll also travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage, ensuring a consistent security presence across our sites.
