About this role
This role is responsible for security of executive spaces to ensure a secure environment for senior management, support staff, and client related events. Key responsibilities include analyzing the situation on the ground and developing security action plans to mitigate potential threats.
Responsibilities include managing access control to executive spaces, incident management and response, and comprehensive screening of all incoming mail and parcels. The position also requires safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders, monitoring traffic patterns and alternative routes to minimize delays and reduce exposure.
The role involves establishing relationships with senior management and key stakeholders to maintain a secure environment. Coordination with local law enforcement and other security agencies supports ongoing protective operations, along with developing action plans for transportation services and ensuring vehicle readiness through regular inspections.

Requirements
- Ability to complete Protective/Evasive Driving Training (2–3 days).
- Current certification in basic first aid and AED (or ability to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in executive protection, security operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing ground situations and developing security action plans.
- Proven ability to manage access control and implement security protocols.
- Capacity to maintain continuous situational awareness in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support events involving the Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Work across functional teams to ensure the safety and security of senior management, key stakeholders, and external business clientele.
- Provide safe and efficient transportation for senior leaders, maintaining a smooth, secure, and discreet travel experience.
- Monitor traffic patterns, potential risks, and alternative routes to minimize delays and reduce exposure to security threats.
- Regularly inspect assigned vehicles to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and operational readiness.
- Ensure the safety and security of executive floors and other assigned locations, including off‑site events.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness and implement proactive security measures as needed.
- Control access to Executive Floors according to established protocols, ensuring secure handling and distribution of incoming mail, packages, and business-related items.
- Develop action plans for transportation services and coordinate with local law enforcement and other security agencies.
