Expect conflict resolution and de-escalation along with loss prevention and asset protection. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and different types of terrain. Engage in frequent interactions with client employees and guests.

Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed report writing in a team environment to ensure site and organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months
Standard computer and technology skills
1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting
Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
Interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner
Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift
Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation

Responsibilities
