Patrols casino premises and guards casino posts to maintain safety and security, prevent underage gambling and casino floor access, protect assets, and ensure observance of applicable laws and regulations. Creates a positive guest experience by maintaining a visible security presence around the property.

Conducts proactive introductions with guests, welcoming them and thanking them for visiting. Celebrates guest milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and gaming wins to deliver memorable experiences.

Works closely with the Supervisor Security and team members to foster a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. Demonstrates a smile that creates a positive image, treats guests and team members with dignity, and values diversity and inclusion.

As a Security Officer I, the role offers a clear pay progression from $26.19 to $29.10 per hour after one year, with potential for advancement within the security department. The position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic casino environment focused on guest satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

Must possess or be eligible for a Gaming License
Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and changing hours or days off
Presents a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance at all times
Demonstrates trustworthiness, credibility, and ethical behavior
Knows and complies with established company, department, and position-specific policies and procedures
Ability to interact positively with guests and team members
