About this role
Securitas is seeking a Qualified Security Officer to ensure safety at a modern premium office of a globally recognized technology company in Warsaw's Wola district. This is not just guarding a building but real, daily protection of people in an international environment that values professionalism and mutual respect.
Your day-to-day involves operating security systems like CCTV and access control, patrolling the facility, and responding to situations requiring quick action. You will collaborate closely with the client and your team to maintain a secure and welcoming atmosphere.
You become part of a tight-knit team where your contribution matters, not just a name on a schedule. The work is shift-based with 12-hour rotations and a flexible schedule, supported by a full onboarding and training program to set you up for success.
Securitas offers stable employment with a fixed monthly salary of 7,800 PLN gross, always paid by the 10th. Requirements
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Valid entry on the Qualified Physical Security Officer (KPOF) list
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
- Communicative and responsible approach to work
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
- Experience in security is considered an additional asset
