Security Officer - Night

The Pictsweet Company seeks dedicated evening and night-time security officers to join its security team in Bells, TN. Officers work with the security team and administrative staff to protect all company associates, buildings, and property. Positions are available for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Daily work centers on physical protection of people and assets across the facility. Officers patrol by vehicle and on foot while using a digital scanner to record time and location at each checkpoint. They observe conditions and maintain a visible presence throughout the site.

Collaboration with local law enforcement occurs when additional support is required. Officers respond to emergencies, assist employees during incidents, and coordinate with supervisors on urgent matters. The role demands consistent attention to safety across all shifts.

Additional duties include transporting visitors from the airport hangar, delivering vehicles for repairs, and hand-carrying corporate documents between locations. Officers document security or safety incidents and complete detailed incident reports for review by superiors.
