As an Overnight Security Officer at our Midtown Atlanta hotel, you will play a vital role in creating impressions that stay with guests for a lifetime.

Your nights will involve patrolling the hotel premises, monitoring security systems, and ensuring the safety of guests, residents, and colleagues. You will respond to incidents with calm professionalism, enforce hotel policies, and provide assistance to anyone in need, all while embodying our commitment to luxury with genuine heart.

Requirements

  • Honest and reliable individuals who let their true self shine at work
  • Passion for delivering service with genuine heart and mastering your craft
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Valid security license or ability to obtain one as required by local regulations
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
  • CPR and first aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Patrol hotel premises, including public areas, parking lots, and back-of-house, to ensure safety and security
  • Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or disturbances
  • Assist guests and colleagues with safety concerns, providing directions or escorting as needed
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures, including access control and key management
  • Respond to incidents such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or guest disturbances with professionalism
  • Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of nightly activities
  • Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and restricted areas
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
