Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures especially in fire safety management, and surveillance systems
Good understanding of local laws and regulations related to hotel security
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
Certification in first aid, or relevant security training programs preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good command of computer skills
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

Assist the Security Manager in fire safety management and occupational safety management, ensuring all safety equipment, facilities and procedures align with local laws
Supervise the security team to ensure smooth daily operation
Conduct staff trainings related to fire safety, emergency response and occupational safety
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies and any suspicious activities
Investigate all incident reports and staff injury reports
Ensure surveillance equipment monitors important hotel areas and communication equipment functions properly
Maintain liaison with local Government agencies and emergency services as needed
Perform any other related duties assigned by Security Manager
