Officers perform conflict resolution and de-escalation during frequent interactions with client employees and guests. They identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. All post orders must be followed and assigned rounds completed at the site.

The role requires carrying out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. Officers must remain calm and professional in stressful situations while maintaining great attention to detail throughout the shift.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or complete the GED program within 6 months
Demonstrate above average computer and technology skills
Possess Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
Maintain calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations
Show great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
Participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation
Hold CPR/FA certification
