We're looking for a Security Guard ready to roll up their sleeves and keep our facilities, employees, and patients protected with vigilance and professionalism.

In this overnight role, you’ll conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity. You’ll monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site, while also enforcing all security protocols and state cannabis compliance requirements.

Your days will involve responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, and providing first aid when necessary. You’ll also deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of security experience - retail, event, or facility, preferred
Strong observation and situational awareness skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Willingness to travel between nearby locations when needed
A positive, helpful attitude — you’re the first and last impression for many guests
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities
